- Complete all stages of the implementation process; including requirements/design, installation, configuration, customization, testing, training, and knowledge transfer.
- Support sales teams on the technical aspects of sales calls, pre-engagement scoping, risk analysis and troubleshooting. Proactively communicate areas of opportunity or risk.
- Develop documentation that meets relevant quality standards, is technically accurate, and fulfills engagement objectives.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve systems and product related issues, while providing escalation support for client technical issues post deployment.
